COMRADE BILL PALMER

The Kingston Branch of the R.C.L. is pleased to recognize Comrade Bill as our April 2001 Veteran of the Month. Bill is a Founding Member of our Branch and continued to serve our membership and his community with great diligence until his health prevented him from continuing to do so.
