COMRADE LOUISE M. MANTHA

Comrade Mantha joined the C.F. in 1979 and completed her recruit training in St Jean, Quebec. After basic she completed language training and her POET course and was sent to Borden on her Comm Tech course. She was posted to Trenton until 1984 where she returned to Borden as an Instructor. From 1988-1995 she completed tours at 414 Sqn North Bay, and 434 Sqn Shearwater. In 1995 she was posted to Geilenkirchen, Germany with the AWACS and returned to Canada in 1999 to 14 AMS, Greenwood. In 2006 Comrade Mantha retired from the C.F. with over 20 yrs of dedicated service. Her final posting was an Instructor with 404 MP& T Sqn, Greenwood. She now serves as the Publicity Officer for the Kingston Legion. Branch #98, Kingston Legion is proud to present Comrade Mantha as Veteran of the Month for October 2007.
