GERALD
HUDON
Comrade Hudon joined the RCAF in 1943 and was stationed in Japan and
Italy during the war. Throughout
his 22 year career, Comrade Hudon worked in the AMU and was stationed in such
places as Toronto, Goose Bay, Hawaii, Ottawa, Bermuda, and Dorval. He also had
flying tours on the North Star and Dakota as a Load Master. Comrade Hudon would
retire from the RCAF during his last posting in Edmonton. He eventually moved
back to Nova Scotia and settled in Wilmot where he continued to work as cleaner
on the base. He would eventually
retire as foreman after another 22 yrs of loyal Public Service. Branch 98,
