COMRADE DOUGLAS LAIDLAW

Comrade Laidlaw joined the RCAF in 1955 and received his basic training at St Jean, Que. as an Air Frame Technician. Doug served 37 years at various RCAF Bases and Wings. These included Uplands, Bagotville, 4(F)Wing Portage La Prairie and Greenwood. He retired in 1992 as a Warrant Officer. Comrade Doug became a Legion member in 1979. Branch #98 Kingston Legion is proud to present Comrade Laidlaw as “VETERAN OF THE MONTH” for July/2007.
