COMRADE DONNALU CARROL / DOYLE

Comrade Carrol joined the R.C.A.F. in 1960 and completed her basic training in St Jean, Quebec. She was then transferred to the Dental School in Camp Borden and upon completion of her training was transferred to Air Command in Winnipeg. In 1967, she was transferred to 3 Wing Germany and over to CFB Lahr in 1969. After leaving Europe, Comrade Donnalu spent many years in Ottawa with a 6 month deployment to Ismailia, Egypt. In 1981 she was posted to Greenwood where she would retire from the service in 1985. She was married to Charles Doyle in 1985. Branch 98, Kingston Legion is proud to present Comrade Donnalu as Veteran of the Month for Dec./2007.
