Comrade Gordon (Gord) Hardiman

Comrade Hardiman is from Upper Prospect N.S. He joined the forces in 1952 in Halifax. Comrade Gord served with the Black Watch in Korea, he also serves with the Canadian Guards in Germany and Cyrpus. He re-mustered as supply tech. with the ordance corps. He later re-mustered to the R.C.A.F. as a refinishing tech. He served in Summerside, Cold Lake and was posted to Greenwood in 1981. Retired in 1981 and now resides in Auburn, N. S. Branch 98, Kingston Legion is proud to present Comrade Gord as “VETERAN OF THE MONTH”, May /2009
