Comrade Sparks joined the RCA Militia in 1962. He then transferred to the RCAF as an Armourer in June of 1964. Comrade Sparks had several postings over his 25 year career which included 3 Wing Zwibrucken, Lahr, Greenwood , and 4 Wing Baden . He would return to Greenwood in 1987 and eventually retire in 1989. Comrade Sparks is a recipient of the SSM. Br.98, Kingston Legion is proud to present Comrade Sparks as
