2010 REGISTRATION FORM

(Deadline for entries is 02 June 2010)

 

DATE:                   June 10 & 11

                              Two person scramble   Registration at club house 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.

 

START TIME:        9:00 a.m. sharp both days (shot gun start)

 

FORMAT:              Field Low Gross, Field Low Net, 3 division, 1st & 2nd Low Gross & Low Net in

                                        Each.  Calloway division 1st-6th placing (prizes for 2 mystery holes)

                                    

REGISTRATION:   Handicap must be entered or you are automatically entered in the Calloway.

NOTES:          1.  Current handicap cards must be presented at Registration time.

 

                         2.  Maximum handicap spread is 6 (six), any entries received with over six (6) will                            

                             Automatically be adjusted. Ensure partners name is entered on this form.

 

 3.  Golf cart booking to be done directly by individuals through 14 Wing Greenwood

                              902-765-5800 (please only book one cart per team).  Trail fees will apply to

                              Privately owned carts.

                       

                         4.   Our annual meeting will be held at Kingston Legion 7:00 p.m., Wed 09 June 2010,

                               And our Banquet will commence at 6 p.m. Thursday 10 June.

COST:           $70.00 per golfer PLUS $9.00 if bringing guest to the Banquet.  Money must accompany

                      Registration Form. (MAKE CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO “REGULAR

                      GOLF”, AND SEND TO THE ADDRESS AT THE TOP OF THIS REGISTRATION

                      FORM.)

                                   Motel Middleton 825-3433 and limited accommodations are available at 14 Wing

14 Wing Greenwood offers two 18 whole green fees plus golf cart for $49.50 to all Legion members with proof

of membership on Monday mornings from 0930-1300, call 765-5800 to book “T” times.
