1.   The importance of the Branch Vice-Presidents should not be underestimated.

2.  In the absence of the President, all rights and powers vested in him/her shall, for the time being, be committed to a Vice-president according to seniority of office.

3.  The 1st Vice-President is responsible for November 11th Service and Banquet, and for liaison with appropriate Chairpersons in accordance with Branch Organization Charts.

4.  The 2nd Vice-President is responsible for the Vet's Banquet, and for liaison with appropriate Chairpersons in accordance with Branch Organization Charts.

5.  The 3rd Vice-President is responsible for Legion Day, and for liaison with appropriate Chairpersons in accordance with Branch Organization Charts.

6.  The Duty Member's Policy Book will be the responsibility of the 2nd Vice President.
