1.   The Sergeant-at-Arms is responsible for the presentation of the Colours at all official functions and is charged with the care of the Colours as well as the conduct and appearance of the Colour Party.

2.  The Sgt-at-Arms shall ensure that only those qualified are permitted to attend meetings and that proper decorum is maintained.

3.  When on duty his/her Position of Office is at the entrance door of the meeting room.

4.  He/she will help the President or Presiding Officer to preserve order and to carry out all directions of the Chair.

5.  He/she is responsible to see that the Branch is represented at parades when the Branch is asked.

6.  He/she is responsible for the upkeep of the Legion Colours and supplies for such.
