1.   The Poppy/Sick and Visiting Chairperson shall investigate and report any information received regarding the welfare of the Members of the Branch, local Veterans and dependents relative to their health.

2.  He/she shall be limited by an amount set by the Executive, to be spent on any one case for small comforts and will report same at the next meeting.

3.  If the Chairperson feels further assistance is immediately necessary, the Chairperson shall relay the information to the Service Officer or the President for their action.

4.  He/she is responsible for the Annual Poppy Campaign as follows:

a) ordering stock
b) delivering of poppy trays to businesses in Branch area.
c) delivering of poppy trays to schools.
d) essay, poem and poster contest information to schools.
e) poppy display
f) obtaining volunteer workers to man the poppy booths.
g) collection of donations from businesses in the area.
h) letter to organizations in area to purchase wreath and to inform them of services.
i) preparing of wreaths for November 11th services.
j) arrange service at school when requested.
k) responsible for the wreaths being returned to the Legion after the service.
