1.   The Bar Officer shall, in conjunction with the Branch Manager, operate the bar in strict conformity with the Branch rules and regulations and in full compliance with the regulations of the N.S.Liquor Licensing Board and the Dept of Health.

The Bar Chairperson's responsibilities shall include:

a)  Monthly stock and spot checks.

b)  Re-adjustment of the bar hours as required.  Also, re-adjustment of bar prices in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
