1.   Receiving all Ladies Auxiliary By-Laws and Awards to ensure they are in accordance with all Branch, Provincial and Dominion Command regulations and to present same to Branch Executive for approval consideration.

2.  To keep abreast of any changes to the "Ritual and Insignia Manual" procedure at Legion meetings, Honours and Awards and Membership, and to see that the Branch follows theses changes where necessary.

3.  To submit names of those eligible and deserving awards and to see that all are in accordance with the General By-Laws and Honours and Awards Regulations of the Legion and to submit these names for approval consideration.

4.  To ensure that Awards are presented on a merit basis, the Awards Committee should include Chairpersons or a Representative from the following Committees:

a) Poppy/Sick & Visiting
b) Bingo
c) Entertainment
d) Sports and
e) one (1) Bartender, as they have the best insight as to those who are deserving.

5.  The Past President is to be a Member of the Awards and By-Laws Committee.

6.  Each December to bring the name of one candidate for the George Doucette Award with a written citation.

7.  To keep an up to date list of all Branch awards.
